locating debtors that have disappeared

No find no fee tracing

Not being paid for your goods or a service you’ve provided is bad enough, but when your debtor goes missing this just adds to the frustration.  Many businesses simply write-off a debt at this point, but that needn’t be the case.  The Advantis Trace team can help!

Our ‘no find no fee’ service will employ a series of sophisticated bureau and telephone based tracing techniques on your behalf to help discover where a missing debtor has gone.  Whether it’s a tenant who has absconded owing rent, or a business that has closed and the owner disappeared, the Advantis Trace team can help to locate that individual quickly and discreetly, allowing you to re-make contact with them in order to seek payment of the outstanding debt.

Successful trace just £35.00 + VAT

Best of all, this is a ‘no find no fee’ service, so you only pay the £35.00 + VAT fee when we’ve found more up-to-date contact details for your debtor.  It usually takes less than two weeks to achieve a positive trace, although we will keep looking for up to 30 days after which time if we cannot locate the individual we will stop the activity and you won’t be charged.

Registered advantisonline.co.uk users can instruct us using our online submission form.  Simply click ‘Instruct Us’ and select the Trace option.  Alternative you can download the offline instruction form which can then be completed and sent to us via email, fax or post.

We will contact you when we have located the most recent contact details available for the person you’re trying to trace.  Once your payment has cleared the results will be displayed when you log-in within 2 working days.

Advantis are proud to operate ethically and within the strict guidelines set out by the Credit Services Association, the Office of Fair Trading and under Data Protection legislation.  We will not pursue any trace work or release any new contact details if we believe that the information may be used for any unlawful or malicious activity.  When placing an instruction with us all clients are bound to agree that they have a legitimate, lawful purpose for tracing the individual concerned and accept that Advantis may ask for proof of this.  Please ensure that you have read and agree to be bound by our full terms and conditions.
