our simple fixed fee
solution
Advantis Chase (only available to registered customers)
Our fixed fee product allows you to access
Advantis’ professional, intensive approach to debt collection. It’ll demonstrate
to your debtors that you’re serious about collecting money owed to you but
considerate enough not to move straight to legal action. Involving a third party
is often enough to prompt a debtor to make payment, and opting for our fixed fee
structure ensures that you retain all of the debt that is recovered.
But don’t think that we take a less intensive approach to
chasing your debt when instructed on a fixed fee basis. We'll use up to 3
letters plus outbound calls to chase your debt and only stop when payment has been made or when the fixed fee process has been
exhausted (unless at any time you otherwise request that we stop).
To get started simply decide how many Advantis Chase
‘credits’* you wish to pre-purchase, then every time you submit a case Advantis
will decrement your account accordingly. Chase credits can be purchased quickly
and simply via debit or credit card, and are cheaper for higher volumes of
purchase. You can check how many credits you have remaining, or purchase more
credits at any time simply by logging into your account.

With Advantis Chase the debtor may pay you directly.
If they do, please remember to tell us in order to make sure that we stop the
collections process and prevent any further correspondence by Advantis with your debtor.
Should your debtor make payment directly to us then we will promptly pass this onto you having
deducted a 3% handling charge. Sometimes it’s sensible to negotiate a payment plan,
where a debtor can pay off the debt by instalments over a period of up to six months.
With Advantis Chase we will negotiate such payment plans if we believe it’s appropriate in order to secure settlement.
Click 'Instruct Us' and choose 'submit debt' to provide details of
your debtor, the value of the debt, invoice number and date, payment terms and
so on. The form is simple, straightforward and guides you through precisely the
information we’ll need to start acting on your behalf.
If you have a significant volume of debts and are worried about the time it might take to load these,
we can help. Please email details of the number and value of debts you have to volume@advantisonline.co.uk and we’ll be in touch.
